The logs turn up fine and was mostly easy to stack, which helped a lot. A few pieces were odd shapes, so I had to mess about with them more than I thought. Overall it’s not bad, just wasn’t as neat as I was hoping.

I was able to find what I needed without much trouble. Didn’t spend a ton of time on it, but the site seemed straightforward

The wood was good and the whole process was mostly hassle-free, so I’m happy enough overall. A little more communication would’ve been nice, but i’d probably use them again.

Really pleased with the logs from wood2u.co.uk. They burn nicely, kick out loads of heat, and had the room warming up quickly. They also stayed hot for ages, which was a nice change from some others I’ve bought before. I’ll definitely be ordering again, after this kind of glowing feedback, I wouldn’t say no to a little discount or something off the next order

Overall, things were okay. I just wish the costs were explained more clearly from the start. It would’ve been easier to understand what I was paying for without having to figure it out along the way.

I’d say the wood from wood2u.co.uk was okay overall. Some of the logs burned really nicely and gave off a decent bit of heat, but a few felt like they were still a bit damp, so they took longer to get going. Once they caught, they were fine, but was it as steady as I’d hoped? Not really. Delivery was alright too, nothing to complain about there. Would I call it terrible? No, not at all. Just average for the price.

I ordered a load of ash from Wood2U and it all went smoothly. It arrived when they said it would, and the driver was friendly enough, even dropped it exactly where I asked without any fuss.
The logs are a nice usable size and they’ve been burning really well so far. They catch without much effort, don’t smoke much, and you can tell they’re properly dry ash. Compared with some I’ve had before, this is just... much better really.

Price seemed fair to me too. I’ve definitely had wetter, more annoying logs from other places, so I’m happy with this order and would use them again.

As someone who tries not to buy stuff without thinking about where it comes from, I really appreciated the way Wood2U talks about sourcing. It didn’t feel like they were just pushing cheap timber and leaving the rest a bit vague.

The FSC and managed forest information was actually reassuring, and it made me feel better about placing the order. I’m not an expert on timber, but I do care about making slightly more responsible choices when I can.

Delivery was simple enough and the wood itself looked good when it arrived. I’d happily use them again, mainly because the whole experience felt a bit more considered and less wasteful...

I was disappointed when this arrived. The box was crushed like it had been tossed around the whole way here, and of course it had to happen to my order. I was really hoping it would show up in decent shape, but the packaging was damaged...

I got clear updates about when my wood was due to arrive, and the driver gave me a quick call before he got here. No hassle at all, everything turned up when they said it would. Really apreciated the smooth delivery.

The kindling from wood2u.co.uk was actually really good, nice and dry, lit quickly, and there weren’t any damp bits in the bag. It lasted well too, so no complaints about the product itself. That said, I did feel like an apology would’ve been nice for the hassle I had, even if the kindling did the job in the end

I needed some timber last minute and Wood2U actually had most of what I was after in stock, which was a relief. One size wasn’t available, but I managed to find a close alternative that worked fine. Overall I’m happy with it, would just be even better if all the sizes were in stock, you know??
